Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms” or “TOS”) govern the use of the Just Book Me service, available through the Telegram Mini App and the Telegram bot @jstbk_bot.
By using the service, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms.
1. About the service
Just Book Me is a technology platform for online client booking and service schedule management.
The service operates through:
- Telegram Mini App
- Telegram bot @jstbk_bot
- server infrastructure and the platform software
The platform provides tools for:
- schedule management
- client booking
- service management
- booking automation
- client database management
Just Book Me is a technology platform and software tool. The platform does not provide the services offered by users of the service.
2. Terms and definitions
Platform means the Just Book Me software, including servers, databases, the Telegram bot, the Mini App, and the service interfaces.
User (Service Provider) means an individual or legal entity using the platform to manage client bookings for their services.
Client means a person booking services from a User through the platform.
Personal account means the interface used to manage services, schedules, and bookings inside the Mini App.
Booking service means the platform functionality that allows clients to book services.
3. Acceptance of the Terms
Use of the service means acceptance of these Terms.
The agreement is considered concluded when the User:
- launches the Telegram bot @jstbk_bot
- opens the Just Book Me Mini App
- registers for the service
- uses the platform functionality
If the User does not agree to these Terms, they must stop using the service.
4. Registration and account
To use the service, the User may be required to:
- log in through Telegram
- provide information about themselves or their business
- keep their information up to date
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Just Book Me may restrict access to the service, temporarily block an account, or delete an account if the User violates these Terms.
5. Use of the service
The User agrees to:
- use the platform in compliance with applicable law
- not violate the rights of third parties
- not use the service for unlawful activities
The following is prohibited:
- distributing unlawful content
- using the service for fraud
- sending spam
- interfering with the operation of the platform
- attempting to hack or compromise the service
6. Payments and Telegram Stars
Just Book Me may charge for access to certain platform functionality. Payment may be made through Telegram Stars.
Telegram Stars are used solely to pay for the User’s access to platform features, including:
- use of the booking service
- schedule management
- use of platform tools
- access to additional service features
Payments made through Telegram Stars are not payments for the services that Users provide to their Clients.
Just Book Me is not a payment system, a payment intermediary, and does not participate in settlements between Users and their Clients.
All payments for services are made directly between the User and the Client outside the platform, unless otherwise provided by specific service features.
When using Telegram Stars, the User understands that payment is processed through Telegram infrastructure, and any conversion of Stars into currency or withdrawal of funds is handled through Telegram mechanisms.
Just Book Me is not responsible for Telegram commissions, Telegram limitations, blocked payments, payout delays, or changes in Telegram policies.
The User is solely responsible for taxes, revenue accounting, and compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
7. Booking cancellation and changes
The service provides the ability to create, modify, and cancel bookings.
Cancellation rules are set by the User providing the services.
Just Book Me does not set refund rules, does not participate in disputes between the User and the Client, and does not guarantee that an appointment will be fulfilled.
All arrangements related to service delivery are made directly between the User and the Client.
8. Client data
The User may receive and process client data, including name, contact details, booking history, and comments.
The User is responsible for the lawfulness of data processing, compliance with personal data laws, and secure storage of such information.
Just Book Me provides the technical infrastructure for data processing.
9. Marketplace role and responsibility for services
Just Book Me is a technology platform connecting clients and service providers.
The platform does not provide services, does not verify the qualifications of Users, and does not control the quality of services.
All services are provided directly by platform Users.
All relationships, including service delivery, payment, refunds, and claims, arise directly between the User and the Client.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”.
Just Book Me does not guarantee uninterrupted service operation, absence of errors, or that the service will meet user expectations.
The platform is not liable for actions of users, actions of clients, booking cancellations, financial losses, or damages resulting from use of the service.
11. Intellectual property
All rights to the Just Book Me platform, including software code, interface, design, and databases, belong to the service owners.
It is prohibited to copy platform elements, modify software code, or distribute service components without the rights holder’s permission.
12. Notifications
The service may send notifications through Telegram and email, if provided.
Notifications may include technical messages, service updates, and changes to the Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
Just Book Me may modify these Terms of Service. The updated version takes effect from the moment it is published.
By continuing to use the service, the User accepts the updated Terms.
14. Independence from Telegram
Just Book Me is an independent service.
The platform is not affiliated with Telegram, is not operated by Telegram, and uses Telegram infrastructure to run the Mini App and the bot.
15. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Any disputes arising in connection with use of the service shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
16. Final provisions
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
By using Just Book Me, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms.
