These Terms govern the use of the Just Book Me service by clients who book services through the Telegram Mini App or the Telegram bot @jstbk_bot.

By using the Just Book Me booking service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. About the service

Just Book Me is a technology platform for online service booking.

The service allows clients to:

• browse available schedules
• book services
• manage their bookings
• receive booking notifications

Just Book Me does not provide the services for which the booking is made.

All services are provided directly by specialists or companies using the platform.

2. Role of the platform

Just Book Me provides a tool for organizing bookings.

The platform:

• is not a service provider
• does not act as an intermediary in service delivery
• does not control service quality
• does not verify specialists’ qualifications

The platform is not responsible for:

• the quality of services provided
• whether services meet client expectations
• booking cancellation by the specialist
• booking rescheduling

3. Service booking

When using the service, a client may:

• select a service
• select a date and time
• create a booking

After a booking is created, the information is passed to the specialist or organization providing the service.

The fact of booking means that the client agrees to the service conditions set by the specific specialist.

4. Booking changes and cancellation

The rules for changing or canceling a booking are set by the specialist or organization providing the service.

Just Book Me:

• does not set cancellation rules
• does not participate in refunds
• does not manage cancellation policies

All questions related to:

• booking cancellation
• booking rescheduling
• refunds

are resolved directly between the client and the service provider.

5. Payments

Just Book Me does not process payments for specialists’ services.

Payment for services is made directly between the client and the specialist.

The platform may use internal payment mechanisms, such as Telegram Stars, only to pay for specialists’ access to the service and not for payment of services by clients.

6. Client data

To create a booking, the platform may process client data, including:

• name
• contact details
• booking information

This data is used solely to organize the booking and interaction with the specialist.

7. Client responsibility

The client agrees to:

• provide accurate information when making a booking
• comply with the specialist’s service rules
• communicate respectfully with specialists

8. Limitation of the platform’s liability

The Just Book Me platform is not responsible for:

• service quality
• actions of specialists
• booking cancellation
• any disputes between the client and the specialist

All claims regarding the provision of services must be addressed directly to the service provider.

9. Changes to the Terms

Just Book Me may update these Terms.

By continuing to use the service, the client accepts the updated Terms.

10. Independence from Telegram

Just Book Me is an independent service.

The platform:

• is not affiliated with Telegram
• is not operated by Telegram
• uses Telegram infrastructure to run the Mini App and the bot

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
